We believe that everyone deserves to love the food they eat every day. And a diet based on fresh fruits and vegetables, unprocessed carbs to support your performance, meat from healthy animals, and plenty of fat is a surefire way to love what you eat and feel great along the way.
We believe that you should cook the majority of your food in your own home, that cooking really doesn’t have to be hard, and that LEARNING to cook, if you don’t know how, is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.
We believe that eating this way doesn’t have to be cost-prohibitive and it doesn’t mean you’ll be chained to the kitchen.
We believe that your diet (especially if it’s of the Standard American variety) could be at the root of many of your health issues – and that you owe it to yourself to spend some time researching and self-experimenting to figure out how food makes you feel.
