What Is Crossfit
CrossFit has been called “The Sport of Fitness” because it re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training. The mindset at the start of each workout is to be stronger, faster and more efficient. This is why, after years of CrossFit, our strength numbers, scores and times continue to improve and all of our athletes continue to progress. It is fun, exciting, challenging and we’ll push you to be your absolute best at every class.

Getting started with us is simple- use our contact form below to schedule your FREE INTRO CLASS! Our program requires each student to complete an introduction prior to enrollment. This one-on-one session gives you a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout. Introductions are held by appointment at the location of your choosing, so be sure to sign up for the session you plan on attending by using our contact form below.

After the Intro:

Your first visit with one of our CrossFit trainers will help us establish personal goals based on your current level of fitness. You can then choose one of several enrollment options with access to 40+ classes/week, workshops, skill clinics, nutrition education, journaling, challenges, seminars and special events.
