60 plate ground to overhead
At minute 15
30/40* kettlebell squat cleans
30/40* kettlebell push press
At minute 20… repeat!
20:00-25:00
100 deadlifts
25:00-30:00
30 burpees
30 ball over shoulder or jumping ball slams
30:00-35:00
60 plate ground to overhead
35:00-40:00
30 /40* kettlebell squat cleans
